Feel free to use ideas shared on this blog. Please, if trying out the ideas , at the very minimum give me written/verbal credit. Thank you!!

Don't forget to bring your fruit or vegetables-2nd grade
The 2nd Grade that sees me in the art studio Fridays and Mondays are going to be painting their butterfly drawings using 'natural dyes' this morning at 10am. Each child should be bringing in either a fruit or a vegetable that when 'juiced' will deliver a very concentrated colorful juice. I am an avid juicer and I will be bringing in my juicing machine to produce fast and safe 'natural dyes' from these fruits and vegetables. The entire class will share this colorful palette to paint their butterflies. Parents from these classes have received notices earlier this week but just thought I'd send another reminder. If you are a parent in this class you are welcome to come and join us, just email me at Miriam.Cutelis!@yahoo.com to let me know. I will post pictures from this event during the weekend.
