I got an email from Mary Cheh's office and it says: "Ward 3 will be celebrating our children going back to school with our annual Back-to-School Barbeque on Saturday, September 17, 2011 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Friendship (Turtle) Park, 4500 Van Ness St. We are working to feature a number of different Ward 3 businesses and DC government agencies. In addition, we’ll have fun for kids and adults alike, including moon bounces, fire trucks, and delicious food to be enjoyed by all. I look forward to seeing you there and have a wonderful start to the school year!"My family will be there......
