Children are paper mache-ing their people-in-motion sculptures.

Winter Olympic Figures (Work in Progress)

All 3rd graders are working on 2 of various forms of sculpting. These figures are derived from figure studies done in previous classes. Children drew each other in frozen motion in their sketchbooks and used those images to pose their wire sculptures.

1st Grade Create US Symbol Trading Cards Through Printmaking

Children in 1st grade are printmaking trading cards with American symbols.

Prek and K classes dress up for Winter....

Pre-k and K classes are dressing themselves in Winter outfits. Each created a collage with warm clothes and placed them in a Winter Wonderland.

Call for Recycled Materials-

I'd like to work with with the ideas of Louise Nevelson this year with one of the classes.

I will need:

1. show box tops/shoe boxes

2. cigar bozes

3. all sorts of toy parts and small pieces of any kind.
